Indian Mutiny 1857-59, no clasp (Ensign W. H. Wilson 18th Bombay N.I.) naming engraved in upright capitals, good very fine £150-200
Colonel Wilson took part in the operations against the insurgent Dessaies in the North Canara and Bedee districts in 1858 (Medal). He was later District Superintendent of Police at Nassick, and was promoted Colonel in December 1886.
