Queen’s Sudan 1896-98 (4803. L/Cpl. D. Martin. 1/Sea: Hrs:) minor edge bruise, good very fine £280-£320

D. Martin served with the 1st Battalion Seaforth Highlands in the Sudan, and was killed in action at the Battle of the Atbara, 8 April 1898. He is commemorated on the Seaforth Highlanders Memorial in St. Giles High Kirk, Edinburgh.
