A German Second War S.S. Dagger. A late production SS man’s model 33 dagger having the blade marked ‘RZM 1053/39 SS’, the blade is generally good with a good deep SS motto visible. Plated upper and lower grip fittings, aluminium national eagle with an undamaged SS inset. The plating fittings to the scabbard with the painted scabbard having various abrasions to the scabbard, the ball to the lower scabbard mount is undamaged with all screws intact; with its scarce but well worn vertical hanger, the clip marked ‘RZM’. The interior of the leather strap is SS and RZM marked, accompanied by a short single strap, which has the tip of the leather strap missing but is clearly marked with SS runes within a circle, good condition £300-£400
