A Luftwaffe Glider Pilot’s Badge.
An extremely rare variant by Juncker, having a small metal loop at each corner moulded to the wreath, allowing it to be sewn to the flight jacket. Early finely detailed nickel production. Eagle’s back stamped ‘C E Juncker Berlin SW. Eagle held to wreath by 2 tiny rivets. Seems to be an issued example, very good condition £500-£700
