(Civil) Member’s 1st type breast badge, silver, hallmarks for London 1919; The Order of St John of Jerusalem, Officer’s breast badge, silver, with heraldic beast in angles; The Order of St John of Jerusalem, Serving Brother’s breast badge, silver and enamel, privately engraved to reverse ‘G. W. Haigh.’; Defence Medal; Service Medal of the Order of St John, with six Additional Award Bars (403. Corps. Supt. G. W. Haigh. No.5 Dist. Huddersfield Corps. George William Haigh was made an Honorary serving brother of the Order of St John of Jerusalem on 24 February 1915. Appointed a Member of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire in 1920, he was raised Officer of the Order of St John of Jerusalem in February 1928.
