Bussière, robed female seated right with shield, townscape in background, rev. naked boy supporting trophy at left, elevation of the Expo building at right, tablet below named (Arthur Charles, Médaille d’argent), edge impressed bronze and cornucopia, 65mm, 118.16g (cf. The principal reason for the exposition, held from 1 May to 31 October 1909, was to demonstrate the recovery of the city of Nancy from the Alsace-Lorraine annexation after the war of 1870-71.
