An early 20th century gem-set lapel watch, French, of pear-shaped form, the dial with Arabic numerals, the front applied with onyx panel and decorated with old brilliant and single-cut diamonds and calibré-cut emeralds, beneath a series of diamond-set suspensory hoops, the whole suspended from a diamond mounted ribbon fob, inner case stamped ‘18k’, maker’s mark ‘JF’ possibly for Jules Fournier, French assay mark, length 8.8cm.
