According to a PMI test on the XRF analyzer the gold is testing as purity 91.02%.
For other examples of rings bearing the same posy see the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, Evans Collection (ref. AN1933.1586), the British Museum (ref. AF.1252, and AF.1253), the Griffin Collection (Inv. nos. 03486 and 03019), with a further close variation in the British Museum (ref. 1961,1202.178).
