A ruby and diamond pendant, the pear-shaped diamond set within a surround of circular-cut rubies, the whole suspended by a fancy-link chain, diamond weight approximately 1.60 carats, pendant length 22mm. £1,500-£2,000

General light surface wear to the mount and settings commensurate with use.
The rubies are a medium red colour with slight purple sub-hue, well matched and with inclusions typical to the nature of the stone observed under 10x magnification. The diamond has been assessed whilst mounted by the department as having approximate I - J colour and SI2 - I1 clarity. Due to the nature of the setting these can be considered as estimates only. The pendant mount unmarked and untested, the chain stamped ‘14K’. Gross weight 5.0gm.
