This reverse variety was unknown to Burns. This reverse die is also found on the Balleny Townland Hoard specimen (No. 20), where Lord Stewartby initially published the die, the only other example from this die known to the vendor. In the National Museums of Scotland collection, ex Drumnadrochit hoard, there is an example of a second die with two stars after DnS. The vendor knows of no other two star examples.
