Robert III (1390-1406), Heavy coinage, Second issue, Groat, Edinburgh, mm. cross potent, tressure of seven arcs, trefoils on cusps (lower right indistinct), nothing on breast, double pellet stops, rev. three pellets in quarters of cross, double pellet stops after dns, p, ms, z and villa, 2.64g/6h (SCBI 35, 565/563, same dies; SCBI 72, 178; B 37, fig. 381, same obv. die; S 5166). Slightly weak in places, nearly very fine, scarce £120-£150
