An antique natural pearl and seed pearl necklace, the graduating pearls, measuring approximately 2.3mm - 5.2mm, to a clasp set with a rose-cut diamond, length 48cm. £600-£800

According to a verbal report from GCS, the pearls are of natural saltwater origin. Verbal report number 5786-2072.

Pearls well matched in colour and lustre, creamy off white with yellowish / greyish overtones, soft lustre, generally smooth skins but with eye visible spots / blemishes to larger pearls, some spots of peeling evident under 10x magnification. Clasp with adhesive evident, one possible replacement simulant here. Overall good aesthetic, may benefit from restringing. Gross weight 7.4gm.
