A pair of sapphire and diamond ear studs, of triangular design, each circular-cut sapphire within a trio of old brilliant-cut diamonds, (adapted from an antique jewel), stamped ‘375’, total diamond weight approximately 0.45 carat, length 11mm. £300-£500
