Kings of Mercia, Offa (757-796), Penny, Light coinage, Canterbury, Peohtweald, o ff ·a·r ex in angles of long cross botonnée with lobe in each angle, rev. pe ht va ld in angles of Celtic cross with long cross fleury on limbs and small saltire in centre, 1.12g/12h (Chick 130; N 277; S 904). About very fine, full and round, small bend to flan £1,500-£2,000
