A copy of the relevant pages from the blog articles accompanies the coin. Initially identified as a fifth bust variant by Oddie in October 2021, the coin was reclassified as a fourth bust variant by him and Michael Thompson in September 2023, for reasons primarily surrounding the sparse decoration of the shoulder and collar, and the narrow crown with fewer jewels on the upper arches
