Charles I (1625-1649), Tower mint, Shilling, Gp B [type 1b2], second bust, mm. feathers, elongated bust, reads ma br and hi, plume above shield, 5.92g/5h (Sharp B5/2; SCBI Brooker 440, same dies; N 2220; S 2785). Weak in parts, cleaned in the past and flan a trifle bent, otherwise fine £120-£150
