Charles I (1625-1649), Tower mint (under Parliament), Shilling, Gp G [North Gp F, type 4.4], sixth bust, mm. sun (over eye both sides), poorer workmanship, reads mag bri fra and hib, 5.68g/4h (Sharp G2/2; SCBI Brooker 560; N 2232; S 2800). Some scratches on both sides, otherwise about fine £30-£40
