SPAIN, Exposición Universal de Barcelona [Barcelona Universal Exhibition], 1888, a gilt-bronze medal by E. Arnau y Mascot for Castells, conjoined busts of Maria Cristina and Alfonso XIII left, rev. Fame to right, blowing trumpet, winged cherub holding tablet without legend at left, panoply of the exhibition grounds below, 50mm, 59.65g (Crusafont 760a; BDM VII, 26; cf. Hervera 1134, 4256). About extremely fine; with crown and ring for suspension £30-£40
