British Iron Age, DUROTRIGES, Uninscribed issues, silver Stater, Cranborne Chase type, disjointed head of Apollo comprising wreath, cloak and crescents, rev. disjointed horse left, rectangular head, body of crescents, four vertical legs, coffee bean above tail, large pellet below, twelve pellets above, trace of zigzag and pellet pattern between two parallel exergue lines, 4.56g/4h (ABC 2157; BMC 2525-46, 2691-727; VA 1235-1; S 365). Some minute striking flaws on the obverse, otherwise struck on excellent silver and good very fine
