This lot, and the subsequent lot, are two halves of the same design. They have been separated for the best part of 70 years, only to be consigned to Noonans at the same time, entirely by chance. The obverse is not part of this collection, but we have included it here to enable bidders to have the best chance of reuniting the two pieces.
