Roman Coins from the Rauceby Hoard

Foreword

The Rauceby Hoard was discovered by a detectorist near Ancaster, Lincolnshire in July 2017 and is currently the largest recorded hoard from this period found in Britain. The hoard was buried near the location of an old Roman road, c. 307 AD, when the Constantine I was rising to power and the Tetrarchy was in decline.
