A Prussian Ersatz Pickelhaube. A very nice condition large size all felt ersatz pickelhaube without a front plate. The skull is absolutely perfect, the outline of where a Prussian plate was fitted is clearly visible, no extra holes, reproduction front strap and cockades. Interestingly the cap is constructed from two totally different pieces of tropical cloth with the visor being of a darker olive than the upper part being of a tropical tan.
